This was my first ever youtube video, How to eat chocolate is a heart to heart presentation setting out my goals for this group. It was where I learned how to work on youtube videos and it was fun. The idea that I could make a change to the way people think in a single video was maybe over confident. But the video does what it sets out to do in that it explains all of the other videos to follow. The metaphor how to eat chocolate is something I discussed with a work associate 15 years ago on a long drive to a client meeting that eating chocolate can be very enjoyable if you take the time to enjoy it. Where as I had just stuffed a candy in my mouth and eaten it without ever getting any joy at all because of the level of concentration I had commited to the process of eating. All of the videos on this channel start out with the introduction wellcome to how to eat chocolate, this is the only explaination I give. Learning how to eat chocolate is learning how to live a better life. But I can’t teach you how to live a better life, the most I can hope is that you will learn to understand how to improve you own experience of eating chocolate.
